Local handyman services provided across the Okanagan, covering a wide range of small repairs, maintenance tasks, and minor projects. Work is approached case by case, as pricing and time requirements vary depending on the type of work, access, materials, and overall complexity.

Labour Prices
Minimum Charge	$90 Residential  |  $120 Commercial Applies per visit and includes the first hour, setup, teardown, administrative time, and travel within a 15 km round trip from Kelowna City Centre. Additional travel beyond 15 km is billed at $1.50/km for regular travel under standard road conditions. A slow-travel surcharge may apply when traffic, construction, bridge delays, weather, parking, remote locations, or access conditions cause one-way travel to exceed 30 minutes. In these cases additional travel time may be billed at $65/hour.
General Handyman	Subsequent hours beyond the first (Minimum Charge). $45/hr Basic  /  Light  /  Routine $65/hr Standard  /  Skilled  /  General $85/hr Specialized  /  Heavy  /  Dirty  /  Hot
	$65–$135 Base fee applies to paint, drywall, tile & cement work to cover additional and behind-the-scenes work involved in mixing compounds, dust control, area preparation and protection, tool and brush cleaning, on & off-site cleanup, containers, and waste handling.

Shopping & Material Pickup/Delivery
Simple Shopping	$45 Applies to small, straightforward parts or materials sourcing and pickup under $100. Includes basic hardware such as doorknobs, deadbolts, grab bars, and similar items picked up while traveling to or from a scheduled job, along with basic sourcing, shopping or pickup, receipt handling, and invoicing logistics.
Complex Shopping	$90 Applies to shopping trips that go beyond a simple pickup, such as sourcing complex parts or materials, comparing products, checking availability, added planning, multiple stops, online order pickups, wait times, custom cuts or adjustments, substitutions, harder-to-match materials, bulky or heavy items, and loading and unloading. Includes client-side coordination, receipt handling, and invoicing logistics.
Parts & Materials are billed at cost as a pass-through expense with digital receipts included. No markup on parts or materials. Additional travel beyond a 15 km round trip is billed at $1.50/km (distance calculated from Kelowna city center).

All rates are subject to change based on job complexity, material needs, or distance. Parts and supplies are not included in labor costs. Clients are welcome to provide their own parts and supplies. All receipts for purchased parts are provided.
